Have you talked with your family about changing your job, immediately if not sooner? If so, what have their responses been? Could Delia get a job (which obviously wouldn't replace your salary/benefits, but every little bit would help - it would at least keep her in craft supplies, books and music for awhile), or would that have negative consequences on HER mental health?
