Well things are slowly returning to normal. We picked up druidmage's car on Friday. It's driving fine now. We spent the weekend at his Mema's so we could relax and give Gavin a break from the car seat since he had been in it a lot the last two weeks ( Read more... )

I may pull out the Heroes of Might and Magic III or Diablo II discs so I can play some and destroy things.

Bwahahah! That sounds like something a LJ friend of yours I happen to know would say!

Hope you get some relaxation and some sleep.

One thing that was suggested to me when I was trying to potty-train a now very mature person (she'll kill me when she reads this!), is to switch from diapers to cotton underpants. They don't absorb the liquids as well, and it may make him more aware of it. The diapers may do a good enough job, he can live with it because he's too interested in continuing whatever activity he's doing at the time he feels a need to "go."

You are right, he may not be ready, but if you think he is, give it a try. You can always stop and try again later.

Our challenge now seems to be the fact that he is so small. We looked at some of the training pants at the store today and they don't have a lot for the little ones who are under 25 lbs. We're thinking we'll give him a little longer so he can get a little bigger.

Ah, yes. What I like to call "Virtual Destruction Stress Relief Therapy" works pretty well. ;)

Works well until the computer starts kicking your butt! pegasi1978 January 11 2007, 03:44:57 UTC
I've been enjoying a Heroes III campaign for the most part. The computer has been stomping my players into the ground though. Makes me glad I can reload saved games where things aren't as bad or restart the whole scenario if they are.

Death and Destruction is always good. I did some of that Sunday night then took a nap. Hehehe! It was fun hanging out with you guys and please let me know what you think of the recent post! I need to decide what to do with it since I think I've hit a blah point. I have an idea of what to do though. I also need to figure out what to do for Shadywood soon. I have Saturday off so...maybe when we get back from the train show we could run but that's up to ya'll. Let me know what you think!

Lionsgate will release The Last Unicorn: 25th Anniversary Edition on February 6. While conceived and produced outside of Japan, most of the animation for The Last Unicorn was produced at Topcraft, which later evolved into Studio Ghibli. This is the film's first widescreen release in America.
