I survived the first day of kindergarten. Other than being very cranky about getting up at eight in the morning, the boy was very good. He wasn't in the least upset, and was happy when he came home about all the fun stuff he got to do today. I, on the other hand, cried after I dropped him off. I'm okay now, but it was more emotional even than I was
