Tire liner woes

Short story: Cheap tire liners sold on aliexpress can damage not only your tubes but tires as well.

I had bought cheap 2.5$ tireliners from aliexpress for 700x25c which is documented in the post linked above

The side wall cracks seem to indicate poor storage of the tyres, perhaps in the warehouse itself. Warm and humid conditions, such as those prevalent in Mumbai, can kill tires Eden before it hits the road. Cool and dry conditions are best for tire storage. Hope you work out the tire woes!
