Peeyush, now that you taking a lot of bird pictures, you can very easily start identifying them yourself, and get an additional interest too :) If you see birds in an urban setting, they are generally 'local' birds, which are super easy to identify . Birds in forests, sanctuaries and water bodies might be migratory and could have possibly flown in from other places, making identification slightly harder. Since I too had no clue about the birds, I simply typed in 'Common birds of Mumbai' which provided many resources. I clicked on one of the first results, which was this

This is definitely neat suggestion. Will put Yashika to work on this. Am sure she will love to explore further on pics that she is clicking. And thanks for all the efforts of finding out the names for birds in this collection :)
