So dreamwidth is the same as livejournal, but with a different domain. That's ok, I've added your dreamwidth account in my folder named "livejournals". I won't be replying to any of your posts there though, because I don't have an account. And I don't journal. I'll just watch from afar, ok?

You might be able to comment using your LJ account using OpenID. BUT, if you do not have a dreamwidth account you won't see any SECRET ENTRIES where I criticise / lust after REAL PEOPLE. That said I will probably not post more frequently there than here anyway.

Happened to see this via FriendsFriends. I'm looking forward to Bill, but she'll probably die, if she was created for S10 and Chinballs (or Sh*tnall, because I feel rude about him) wants to completely reboot when he takes over for S11. I have zero interest in S11, but intend to enjoy watching S10 while it lasts, because Capaldi's my modern Doctor. Damn shame he's "too old" for the BBC; the last thing I needed was some Tennant-clone. I figure that, since I'm obviously not the intended audience for DW, I'll be gone after S10. That's okay; I dumped DW fandom from 1996 to 2008, and came back only because of a regenerated appreciation for what's now called Classic Who. This show drives me nuts...

I HOPE that Moff is switched on enough to avoid Burying His Gay, or at least to do it in a sufficiently complex and worthwhile way (a la San Junipero) but I dunno. They kind of always hint at companion deaths and never quite get there. Though sometimes the hoops they jump through to avoid it are so silly and OTT I wish they'd just gone for it.

Also I hear Bill is an orphan - what is it with companions and missing / dead parents (though I grant you Classic Who did that a few times too)? It's like they think someone won't want to travel in time and space unless they don't have sufficient roots already or whatevz.

In summary: I LIKED MARTHA
