I got one for Christmas where you have to open the front to change disks. It has a little spring-clip that holds it shut. I think I've got the Snow White reels. I'll have to check what version.

It also had the oh so politically incorrect Little Black Sambo reels, complete with the accompanying booklet. ;-)

Apparently not the ViewMaster reels. There are several e-bay auctions for them with no bids, even a Buy-it-Now for $6.00.
