I was in Fry's electronics earlier to pick up a Blue Tooth mouse, and the power went out. In the back of the store where I was it got very dark and the emergency lighting was a joke. What was hilarious was since it's a technology store during the morning hours on a weekday its customers were largely professional people in the various technology

I would have been exposed as a lesser geek - I only have my small photon light on my keyring.

That would have counted you in amongst the normal geeks. I think I counted as going a little to far with the Inova, but I went there after work so I didn't bother taking off my belt first.
