Hah hah, store full of geeks :-)
I was in Fry's electronics earlier to pick up a Blue Tooth mouse, and the power went out. In the back of the store where I was it got very dark and the emergency lighting was a joke. What was hilarious was since it's a technology store during the morning hours on a weekday its customers were largely professional people in the various technology fields. Something like 80% of the customers (your truly included) pulled their flashlights out of their pockets or off of their belts to go to the front. More customers had flash lights than employees.
The one I bought about four weeks ago was brighter than everyone else's. It was a necessary purchase BTW, my Smith & Wessons battery crudded up and became to hard to keep working, even after a good cleaning it didn't want to hold up anymore. Alas, it served me well for nearly two years.
