This is nice to read. I am glad you liked the film and I had to smile over your partner. As I loved the previous films, I hope I will see this new one too:-)
I haven't seen it yet but I think a really positive thing is amongst the boys I work with there is a genuine buzz for the new Ghostbusters. It's like, see Hollywood, boys will like movies with women as the heros just fine! It wasn't that hard was it?
(I haven't had much chance to see how girls feel about it though - as it's just been the school holidays for which I do stuff that almost entirely seems to appeal to boys unfortunately - so it was extra nice to see that boys who do "boy" stuff really liked the new Ghostbusters).
