Perhaps it is the galloping consumption or the Spanish influenza. I've ordered in some coffin brochures for perusal whilst I wait.

It is believed that water, boiled with chicken and vegetables, has healing properties and should be doled out whenever one is feeling ill. Perhaps this could be a solution for you.

They say Guinness is good for you, too. Chicken soup and Guinness it is, if I can convince someone to stop in and cook. (The soup, that is. One doesn't cook stout, very often.)

I can bring you some chicken soup! It's really good and you'll be better really quick I bet!

Can't do anything about the Guinness though, cause I'm not old enough, but I don't think you should be drinking if you're sick anyway!
