The citizens of Aternaville have spoken.  Their decision may have been at least partially due to the unopposed nature of my campaign, but the wisdom inherent in it remains true.  The word flies 'round the town: Psmith is the new Justice of the Peace!  Our troubles are at an end!

What sort of peace exactly are you justifying? Would you, in fact, be up to pacifying unruly justice, as well?

Ah, but the title is Justice of the Peace, whereas if I were to do as you suggest, I would be the Peace of the Justice. Which is not to say that such would be beyond my grasp; however, there may be a surcharge, such things falling beyond the usual purview though by no means (the pubs a-whisper) beyond the abilities of Our Man Psmith.
