I'm not supposed to be on a social network right now, what with all that writing to do, all those Con preparations, all those parts of my nostrils that have yet to be explored. However, I am very excited by the announcement that When The Villain Comes Home is now available to buy.

This is the sequel anthology, obviously enough, to last year's When

Oooh, and Rachel Swirsky! I've only read one story by her, but I liked it a lot. Looking forward to reading more.

And, of course, I'm looking forward to reading about what happened our summer. Can we blame you?

I met Rachel very briefly last year and she was lovely. Mind you, in reality, she could be really evil.

As for the summer, I merely report what I see. In other words, I bear little of the blame.

The rain was somewhat amenable yesterday though - it rained a *lot* on our house, but when we went to a bbq in Maynooth, there wasn't a drop.
