I don't think we look alike, except we both have curly hair. :)

Oh, you are really similar)) Especially your smiles.
What do you mean "salmon eggs"?
It is red caviar?

I guess it is similar to red caviar, I'm not sure. I do not eat fish or any type of seafood, so I would not have been good at this female of job of chewing and spitting out the fish eggs to create paint. :)

Now women have opportunities for more enjoyable and diverse work. We are no longer forced to chew fish eggs or work in brothels. :)

Oh, yes! I also like mouths and lips. :)) I've been to Vyborg, but don't remember seeing these poles. They look like carvings, but not as intricate or detailed as the ones in Alaska. Gopniks must know how to use google translate? :))

Ancient slavic tribes used to have a rich traditions of making wooden poles, called "chur" ("чур") or "kumir" ("кумир").

Славная история про викингов и их деревянные цацки:) andrey_kaminsky January 5 2016, 19:50:58 UTC
To be honest, this guy looks like a Native American no more than Mike Tyson. No other way than in the 10th century, the red-bearded Vikings reached the shores of America, crossed the continent and raped all the women in the village of Haida people. In my opinion, it would be better if they were not the Vikings but Moroccan pirates. if it would, then according to the African tradition, totem poles would have been a phallic form. So it would be much more interesting.

There's too much phallic symbolism in the world already. We do not need more of it. :) Happy New Year!

Yes, New Year is good :) If you were a resident of the indigenous village. Which would you prefer invaders - the Vikings or the Moroccans?

Moroccans - I'm not scared of the Arabs or Muslims. :))) Enjoy your long holiday. And what do you do with all these days off? Just sit at home?
