I have been free from Ambien since Feb 11. My mental health has improved--I'm continuing to see my therapist, now every two weeks. We decided today that I get anxious when things are not chaotic, when I have nothing to fix/worry about. I am anxious when things are settled/calm. Kinda effed up!

Lots of people thrive on some sort of drama... it's not that effed up...but I'm sure knowing that about yourself now gives some perspective, huh?
