Dormouse Training!

I have been BUSY.

Last weekend I did something so incredible. We did a Dormouse Training Class with Surrey Wildlife Trust. OMG what an interesting day that was! The morning was all classroom type learning about habitat, how they eat their food (the markings on the hazel nuts are very different than that of a vole, squirrel or other type of mouse!) Aw - thank you. I love wildlife so much and to be part of helping a protected species is a good thing. :-) The extra added cute is just a plus! :-)

Wow! Definitelly and totally incredible! I´d loved to be at this training, too. Dormice are among my favourites for sure.

I love them, too! I also love fieldmice! We get them in at the centre sometimes. SO CUTE!

No more photos this time, but I will be going out with the group again in August, and who knows what we will find! :-)
