Final Official Percy the Hedgehog Update

I will be writing about Percy now and then as he starts his new life, but the case concerning him is now closed. He is doing well and looks like a Christmas pudding. We will have updated photos from the centre soon

How they can just drop all charges when their behaviour was so obviously heinous, and there was a witness to it, no less, is beyond me. Even if you're heartless enough not to give a damn about animals, anyone who is that violent to animals is a freakin' menace to humans. I'm sure if these guy went around smashing public property, the charges wouldn't be dropped, but a living, breathing endangered part of nature isn't even worth a slap on the frickin' wrist, let alone a worthy punishment? For the hell they put poor Percy through?! The only thing that allows me to see a happy ending in all this is that Percy is doing well and will be able to live out a happy life in the safety of Brian's sanctuary. :}
