Brrrr, it's cold in here

I haven't been sick in a long time. It's great that it has to be now, when I really need to move around and pack my belongings. And in between the time I do that, I need to visit people before I go, without making them sick. I am moving to Los Angeles next Monday.

Funny though, I don't feel stressed about it.

Yeah, once you embrace the anxiety, and then convince yourself that you aren't going to let it dictate your life, it just kind of simmers in the back..that's what happened when I finally realized I was letting anxiety keep me from getting a job, which in turned was causing problems in my relationship as well as my self-esteem, and then it was just like OK ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. So..yeah. hah.

Embracing anxiety is certainly a funny thing... it's antithetical, yet it seems to work.
