Tokyopop MeGaReCon - Doncaster

The Tokyopop MeGaReCon in Doncaster was AWESOME! :D Met some new people including another Pokémon fan who'd seen my Pokémon collection video on Youtube! We had fun throwing Pokémon impressions at each other. Only two other people (*Other than Tony*) took the photo of my rather last minute cosplay XD

I see XD Kinda wish they hadn't picked a movie that made less sense if you hadn't seen the series first XD;;

The Utena movie makes a whole lot more sense if you watch the anime first XD

lol, I saw the movie before the anime too, and was like "WTF?" O___o.....and then I saw the anime and then rewatched the movie and was like "Oooooh~"

Apparently even the organizers of the event didn't know what kind of anime the DVD was gonna be, they were just given it by a DVD company and weren't told what it was XD Which makes me wonder why they chose a movie that makes more sense if you'd seen the series before it first, maybe they intentionally wanted to break our brains XD;

Ah well, we all had fun laughing at it at least ^^;
