i've been too lazy to capture the audio from the video

is there any difference between these two (quality wise)?

Not that I could discern. I suspect that the audio was ripped from the video... and the larger filed zip (with no titles to the tracks) is at 192 kbps.

So go with the Be3 file to get no titles, but intact songs :)
