I seriously am disappointed that Mandy didn't get a nod, but that's okay.

I'm also predicting that ITH will win each category besides Best Book and Costume. I've heard that the book isn't so hawt.

Though doesn't the nomination go more for a single piece than the entire costume ensemble? Like I know when Ave Q was up, it was for the Christmas Eve wedding dress. It makes me wonder what costume they put up.

It will definitely be an interesting Tonys because there's a lot of goodness. And ITH will be performing!

Though if Gypsy, Cry-Baby, and Little Mermaid pick through all of the Tonys, that wouldn't surprise me at all.

LOL - I was surprised at the Cry-Baby nominations, but think that Gypsy represents a good chance for Patti. :D And Laura. And Boyd...

You know it's partially politics for C-B, given that I haven't heard all good things about it. Besides that Alli kix ass.

Yeah, the politics and optics of this new musical (of the few that opened this season). That, combined with YF getting three makes me wonder whether it was an attempt to 'spread' the nominations to include both the good and the not-yet-so-good. However, Ms Mauzey has a good future ahead of her :)

*G* It's the longshot of longshots. :) And now it can tag a sticker on the adverts of 'Tony-nominated' :D
