This is now officially the longest Tim and I have been in apart in months. He departed for Indiana for a work trip on Monday and will be returning Saturday evening. Pete - It's good to hear that the week's going OK for you. I'm not suprised at the news on your refinance; from all evidence your house is one of the nicest in the neighborhood and that really helps the comparables/appraisal process.

Thanks Joe. Unfortunately, the houses on both sides of me sold for pretty low prices within the last year, however there is a house on the opposite side of the circle that sold much higher. Due the the "amenities" of my house over the two on either side of me, the appraiser is including the higher value home into the equation.

I'm doing my best at taking care of myself. Now to fix the work situation and life should be fairly dandy.

It was very good to talk to you as always. Tim called right as I was starting my second mile so I cut the walk short. Anyway, the fire needed to be fed.

As for PJ, he's been sick this week, so a fire might ignite all that Tylenol Cold in his system. Things usually happen when and how they should, so I'm not worried. Back to Deer Hunting with Jesus and Kate Bush.

I love that Kate Bush album. "Love and Anger" is one of my all-time favorite songs (& it's got some interesting remix potential, I'd think).
