So, last night I receive a phone call from an "unknown" number. I'm accustomed to this as a lot of my higher ed clients have phone numbers that show as "restricted" or "unknown". So, I answered with my business voice...."good evening, this is Pete Sexton", and I'm greeted with a familiar, but very unexpected voice "Pete, hi..this is Sonya Lane

Look forward to hearing how this meeting goes - interesting! But remembering how much they drove you crazy, I do hope that you only go with contract work with them if it's clear that won't repeat itself.
