Okay, so I missed day eight of the happiness meme. SUE ME.

And fine, maybe it WAS a little optimistic to think I was gonna get all my Christmas shopping done today AND get everything in the post. *has missed the post*

Crap. I guess I'll be Express Posting tomorrow on my lunch break.

I bought hens for my family last year! And I have all my presents organised except for my sister-in-law, who is hard to buy for, not because she's fussy, but because she's very stylish and artistic and I always feel like I have to live up to that! She's getting an Express Post parcel once my Etsy order arrives.

My exhaustion morphed into an acute sinus infection. In the middle of summer. WTF? YAY. God, I could kill a bunch of people love the holidays...

Oy, the Christmas shopping. Well, I am finally finished, I think. I need some stocking stuffers for the hubby, but that's it. Now let the wrapping begin, hee.

I really do love Christmas, the whole ball of wax, but I agree that it is exhausting. I feel like I've been insanely busy every day for about two weeks now. I think we should all have a month's leave from work after Christmas just to--breath.

HOMG, I second this motion. Wouldn't that be awesome? If the entire world just wrote January off entirely, and we all just hit the deck again in Feb. That would be awesome. *blows nose, snorts decongestant*
