You know that Beth is a stubborn girl, much like her creator. Menacing her with a stick is not the way to make friends and influence people.

BTW. I have re-read The Lee from Chappy one to here. I am ready for Chapter nine now.

Oh GAWD. Every time someone tells me they've re-read this thing, it makes me want to cry because surely that's when all the mistakes and inevitable niggly WIP plotholes stand out like DOG'S BALLS.

But also, I'm incredibly grateful anyone at all still gives a shit about this story when I'm taking forty years to finish it. *facepalm* So thank you. I really do appreciate the enthusiasm. And the saint-like patience.

Well, they ain't very pretty, but they're THERE. And I'm about to get cracking on it again. Come bedtime tonight, I hereby swear an oath that July and 'Bella will have turd-chapter in their inboxes.

Then I can have my requisite 2-5 days of distance from the mess before I go back and edit with the life-saving benefit of two outside perspectives. God bless betas everywhere. They has hard jobs, reading the stinky poo and making it less odoursome.
