Been in Phoenix visiting the fam again, still am at the mo, which is nice I suppose. I had some important things to do like coming out to my family: telling them I'm getting married, and to my partner this May, perhaps popping out a couple of squirts and moving to Oregon to open a hippy shop. When you get minors into the mix, it's never a good thing. You were right to get out of there.

Yay for getting married soon, though. ^_^ And double yay for Watson. Have you heard that there's going to be a new series? It's from the guy who's taking over Doctor Who now (Moffat (sp?)), and I'm not sure what I think about that, since his previous DW episodes were very Bond-ish, which doesn't suit the Doctor in my opinion, though it could work for Holmes.

Nooooo I have not! I haven't even seen the new season of the Doc because I has no television *cries* But I loved the Moffat episodes! They had a sophistication, an eerie quality, and they messed with your ideas of time quite well.

That aside, Moffat should totally go on to do a Holmesian show!!!

First off, congrats! Thats awesome news about you and your partner!

I know what you mean about these parties...thats why I NEVER go to nightclubs because they are packed with horny and disgusting under 18 year olds and get away with it. And the drug culture is fucked up anyway. Not good. I'm always content with a night in with a DVD or my Xbox and a couple of bottles of Corona =P

Hopefully, for the sake of society, they grow out of it.

But anyways, congrats again.

I've found maybe one club called the Balconey and it's actually not that bad, because most of the young things there are in love with their own shadows or gay XD but hell, I'd hang out with you any day! 'Cept for the Corona, unless you have limes *nods sagely*

Speaking on behalf of the dumb ones, my generation can be so naive and dim-witted. Even after endless drug talks at school and college, they think it's fine to hammer a few (along with drinks, which is seriously screwed up).

Seriously, one house party I went along to once, I swear half of them were on E, and I think I saw someone with coke too... So I got out of there bloomin' quick. Next thing I know, I'm halfway down the road, I look back and see two police cars screech outside that same house. True story.

I'm with Zander: Just stick me in front of a computer, I'm quite content to spend an evening up to my armpits in man slash. xD

Anyway, many congrats! I hope you two have a fantastic life together. 8D xxx

My mothers boyfriend came over to her place just before I left for phoenix at 7.30 AM spinning his brains out for four days straight already.

I escape to phoenix and look! My friends are bringing ME to THEM. Digging your icon, srsly.

My word and I though the race parties here were the worst thing I could think of....what is wrong with today's youth? I'm barely 18 myself and I keep referring to my age as a new generation cuz there's no way I am in any way like that....

My idea of a night out is at my place with a bunch of girlfriends, doing girly stuff with a few drinks and watching stupid/scary movies.

I would have, but she'd already told me horror stories of being teased so I refrained. It was bad enough that I dragged her to see the movie, but she liked it more than I did, so I s'pose it was a win lol *snicker*
