Bee-yoo-tiful! Michael felt his brother approaching like a tidal wave before it crashed to shore and he waited for the suffocating presence, hoped and feared it in the same heartbeat. Great image, your Linc is wonderful. Thanks for this!

I love this so much. It's deliciously angsty but with nice traits of humor, full of affection but never sappy, and perfectly shows how beneath the snarkiness they deeply care for each other.
Great descriptions and insights about the symptoms of Michael's LLI - how he 'feels' Lincoln approaching, the whole paragraph describing the room... Him running away but calling, being kind of satisfied that Lincoln worries are nice touches and feel very real.
I also love Lincoln's false casualness, his patience, his no nonsense attitude, how he's really the 'big brother' here and how it's just what Michael needs to calm down. Looks just like them. And nice analogy between the snowstorm and Michael's turmoil.
So. I just loved it. Thank you ♥

You have no idea how happy I am that you like this! I discarded a couple of ideas about how I wanted their interactions and remembered Michael's LLI right before I was going to give up. After all that worrying I really just followed my instincts. So, estatic that this what you were looking for and so grateful to you for your prompt. Thank you!
