2. How long have you been a PAID member? October, 2004
3. How many Paid Accounts do you have at the moment? (Do you also have a Permanent Account?) One paid account which I update dailt.
4. When will your paid time expire? October 1st
5. Why did you decide to stop being a paid member now? (What is your biggest complaint?)
I am absolutely sickened by the way Livejournal has handled this entire situation. No longer is Livejournal a place where people can come together and learn from each other; even if the situation didn't touch many users, the entire feeling of this website is different. Really, it's a perfect example of hostile waters. It will never, EVER be the same again, and I will never forgive that. I am absolutely furious.
It's not so much that they were worried about their users' conduct, which I completely understand, but the way in which they went about this was completely uncalled for and shows an immense lack of foresight. So yes, Livejournal and ( ... )

5. Why did you decide to stop being a paid member now? (What is your biggest complaint?) After strikethrough I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and now that they have shown no respect to their users again, I decided that I just can't trust them anymore, so I'm not paying again.
6. What can 6A/LJ do to win you back?
Make me feel welcome - like stoping to call fanfiction child porn, when it isn't, stop banning people who didn't even know that something was wrong, if they can't clear up what they don't want here, talk to the user first.

4. When will your paid time expire? End of August
5. Why did you decide to stop being a paid member now? (What is your biggest complaint?) I don't wish to give my money to a company that ignores its customers when they have complaints or responds mockingly, rudely or without really addressing any of the issues.
6. What can 6A/LJ do to win you back? They would have to do a lot of apologizing, reinstate the users they suspended, give us a clear TOS, and agree that in the future users will be asked to remove the offensive content (if it is not clearly illegal) before being suspended without warning.
7. Are you going to stay with LJ as a free member, or are you going to migrate to another blogging website? I will keep my journal here since I've had it for so long, but it will remain a free account. I hope to move to Scribblit when it opens. ( ... )

That I'm not so sure of, but at least a year, probably more like a year and a half.
3. How many Paid Accounts do you have at the moment? (Do you also have a Permanent Account?)
None, I was lucky in that my paid time was set to expire not long after the recent boldthrough mess. So I let it.
4. When will your paid time expire?
Already has, and good riddance.
5. Why did you decide to stop being a paid member now? (What is your biggest complaint?)
Right at this moment my biggest complaint is LJ/6A's refusal to incorporate their new policies with their ToS, which is both unethical and illegal. However, I pretty much agree that everything else they've done in the current situation, and in past situations I've heard about, is intolerable.
6. What can 6A/LJ do to win you back?
At this point, there isn't a whole lot, but agreeing to update and amend their ToS would be a good start. Growing a pair of balls would be another.
