I have been informed that the festival is meant to both frighten and make merry-- it would seem an unlikely combination. But I am curious to see how the two shall mix on the day of the festival.
...Ah. Um. [And, a bit sheepish here.] Apparently so. It's more a hindrance than it is fun, I'm afraid. [He's startled quite a few friends, quite without meaning to.]
