I read it as Isabel correctly reading what the tattoo said, but attributing it with an erroneous meaning - at least in Jack's mind. The whole "walks among us but is not one of us" fits pretty nicely with the whole "leader" thing that spooky tatto chick was going on about, imho.

I agree that the promos are annoyingly exagerrated. While "Cindy atc are alive!" "This is what Jack's tats mean!" and "The Others just work there and have a 'home' elsehwere!" could indeed be counted as Answers, it's not like those were really big questions! ;D

yeah the promos really added to many people's dissatisfaction with the episode. Although they did answer one of the most pressing questions... where's the damn teddy bear? LOL ;)

I agree with you about what Jack's tat says and/or means on Lost.. what Foxy's tat actually says really doesn't matter of course. *g*

My favorite parts were, right before one commercial, "Take me to my cage." Right before the next commercial. "Get me out of this cage."

I'm just sick of new characters. We have some perfectly amazing actors rotting on the beach...

Hah, I loved the 'take me back to my cage' line too. funny. gah, the actors are rotting on the beach? and I thought it was a dharma shark. ;P We're definitely getting shorted on our favorites.. I don't hate that the story and cast is expanding and changing, and I realize it's hard with such a large ensemble.. but still, I'm looking forward to more screen time with those we've known and loved all along.

Yeah. I like Alex, but in this episode it was even hard to see what the point of her involvement was, except being conveniently there again to help Jack rescue Juliet. She deserves more. An Alex flashback would be awesome. Hope your birthday has been great! :D

I liked the Jaws reference. It made me giggle. The rest of it was a bit of a let down after last week OMGWTF episode.

That was amusing, and just classic Sawyer. Last weeks was so good that I don't mind so much not caring a lot about this one.
