guys are so wonderful! lol. I think stuff like that is kinda hard to judge, b/c when people are seriously drunk, they tend to be a bit more... randy.. than usual. for all she know, she might have consented to it, if she can't even remember anything up to the point where he was on top of her. (although, when she said stop, he should have listened...) She could have actually consented and not remembered it, and now he's up a creek... ugh, these crazy college kids. but yeah, nice neighbors you have. don't go over there to borrow sugar or anything... (i am of course, kidding)
