Another Calamity in the Philippines

Many of you might have heard about the monsoon rain that's throwing havoc in the Philippines right now. I am not from any of the affected areas but I'm thinking of opening help_pilipinas for another fund raising event. Unfortunately, unlike last time, I can't work and monitor the comm closely. I would need people to help me out.
