*squee* I had my first Gluten Free beer!! We had dinner at 99 bottles and they 1 GF beer. It was really good. I can't wait to try the one you're making.
I hope you enjoy it. It isn't going to be a stout like I wanted, but rather some sort of red, with a nice hint of citrus to it. It has another 2% Potential Alcohol worth of sugar to ferment before it is ready and it is fermenting at the rate of 1% per month or so. I think I need to add fresh yeast, but I need to culture the possible wheat out of the yeast. Quite tasty though.
