So, I turned down two invitations for my Saturday afternoon because I already had plans with a “friend” who blew me off to go shopping with someone else, and didn’t even apologize. not sure you were looking for an opinion, but...i would say do not contact the lady, let her call you if she decides to be in touch. if she calls, i wouldn't use the word "angry" to describe how you felt/feel, but i would let her know i was displeased with thie "repeat" action and you turned down two other invitations to be with her. put the ball in her court for her to say she regrets her actions. if she doesn't call or if she calls and doesn't express regret, you are probably better off and can move on to other women who will be more respectful of you and your time.

Fortunately, most of the women in my life are more respectful of my time and feelings. It's a big reason why I've stayed in China for 8 eight years; she's the only Chinese woman I know who pulls this stuff on me, but in the States I started taking it for granted.

I think you're advice is good and I'll take most of it and play the rest by ear.
