I just missed it.

I will be trying out for the next iteration of "Hell's Kitchen".

I made my first Risotto the other night. It sucked. I better work on that. That and Beef Wellington.

What is my signature dish that I can cook in one hour? I should get working on that too.

jeeeebus. good luck to you. it must be an incredible masochistic streak you have. i work as a line cook at an awesome bar/restaurant/gastropub and i wouldn't dream of going on that show to deal with the jerkface chefy.

if you get on the show, i'll probably have to buy a tv or something just to see it. keep me (and LJ) updated... :)
