It doesn't list all the possible options. For instance, it completely ignores ontological potentialism; none of its examples in the second question accurately reflect my ontological view. Yes, universals are real; yes, particulars are real, as they really are the actualizations of the universal potentials.

The fact that we experience the world as conceptualized doesn't mean reality mirrors our concepts.

How about, the fact that we are able to reliably predict and manipulate our experiences meaning that it's vastly more likely that our concepts accurately reflect reality (to some extent) than that they are totally inaccurate with respect to reality.

There is no reason to believe our senses or reason reflect reality.Only a very narrow sense of "reason" would make that true ... a narrower sense than is colloquially warranted by the statement. We certainly do have reason to believe our senses and reason reflect reality and I gave it above ( ... )

I'm curious: Do you have any idea how you break down into the subgroups? Realist or Idealist? Rationalist or pragmatist?

Also, do you think relativism is an accurate label for your? (I'm assuming your not an emotivist, since you seem to make strong moral claims often)

i got n-a-r (77-66-44) too, so i suppose idealist, pragmatist, subjectivist.. although i'm not entirely sure on the last one, since neither of the descriptions seem to fit me. the ethical questions were difficult to answer since none seemed quite right. but i suppose if my answer to "is this right or wrong" is usually "it depends, i can't tell you from an hypothetical situation, as it is inherently incomplete" then the part about me being relativist is likely true.

this quiz is too simple for it's long windedness.
