Haha. That interview is still a classic.

A lot of psychology is unfamiliar to me, making that catch phrase of eco-pscyh sound even stranger. "Inside of"? The environment?

With psych, unlike philosophy, the distinctions are actually pretty clear-cut. "Inside of" the head means, literally, inside the brain case. "The environment" is...you know. Stuff outside the head.
