Whoah....

Oct 17, 2006 21:13

Sorry for the excessive posting, but I just discovered that Google has some language search options which...well, see for yourself:
[1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
Everyone else gets the reference on number 5, right?

You must hate Klingon-speaking Trekkies like whoah.

Wait...how much Elven are you willing to admit to knowing?

Speaking of Google, that's how I found you.

Your post about Connie and my father is... fascinating.

Wow. If that means you're who I think you are, then it's very nice to meet you. Steve has talked about you constantly for all the years I've known him. He misses you terribly. He probably would die for you, if he had to.

I am who you suspect. Nice meeting you as well.

But don't believe everything you hear. Sleeping in and showing up *fashionably late* to court dates is his idea of caring. ;)

No offense, but I don't think you've got that right. The guy just isn't capable of waking up early or being punctual. So I don't think that had anything to do with you.

His idea of caring is sending you gifts and writing songs about you.

Honestly: the guy has a lot of pride, so it's hard to get a straight answer from him about the way he views his own life, but I think that what keeps him going each day--writing, recording songs, etc.--is the hope that if he makes some big hit he will get your respect and have you in his life.

But as I said, I don't really expect you to give a damn what I think.

Would you mind if I told him I heard from you? You've reminded me that it's been several months since I last checked in on him, and this would be a good excuse to call. Would it be correct to tell him you've been doing just fine?
