I'll definitely contact the provider if this isn't resolved. Thanks.

What will you be doing to get your story off the site? They've stolen one of mine as well and I have no idea how to have it removed.

I did just e-mail the apparent web host. His/her e-mail address seems to be loveworking@qq.com

Thanks,
Jamie

I emailed her/him as well. I have no problem if they want to link to my story off of ff.net, but just to archive it without credit or permission is outrageous.

Hey! billa just posted this. I just issued my complaint. Maybe if they get enough complaints, they'll put pressure on the admin. to comply with our wishes.

Because the site is registered in China, you may not get much relief; however, you can report the abuse to google adsense and they may be able to get his attention. Goggle link here.

Good Luck!!

Thanks to you and Bill!

Besides the lack of credit, which is really offensive, the format of the story makes it hard to read. As you said, linking to fanfiction.net is a good option. Downright stealing it should not be one, even if the thief is out of U.S. jurisdiction. It's not like we can send Batman after him. : )

You're welcome. I also filled out a complaint form as well. I don't know that he has stolen from me (I got tired of looking). But he definitely needs to be stopped.

Again, Good Luck.

For the record, I don't think they actually took one of Char's. But I figured she'd probably know better than I would how to handle this...
