As for fitness, I feel out of shape returning the gym if I even skip a single workout or two. Also, the weather here has gotten so hot that I don't know what I'll do, as I can't really jog outside, and the swimming pool is closed for a competition!
Wish you the best with that one too. Think it'll be good to have some regular exercise while working on your dissertation; it provides some time away from work. I recommend always making time for some exercise, even in the busiest times. It helps greatly, I think.
You'll need thick creme fraiche and the best thing to do is to toast the bread then leave it to cool slightly before spreading it on (it's not as good if it all melts into the bread and goes soggy).

So, obviously I'll say good luck with the dissertation.
Creme fraiche on toast? I've never tried that but it's tempting. I get the Tesco healthy eating creme fraiche so I wonder if it's just as good.
