Good news on one front, at least!

I called to activate COBRA while I was at cvirtue's house. Nothing has happened. So I called yet again today, and after digging through reels of red tape, we have discovered that the request to activate COBRA had not actually made it into my file. HUGE SIGH. But, as of now, it's activated, and as of the 24th I should get a whopping bill for the last two

How is the figuring out the unemployment check red-tape going?

I have a phone appointment on Monday. I'm going to try to reach them by phone today so I can get it rolling before Thanksgiving and so I can go to a Tech Career Fair on Monday.
