The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part).

Why 1001 Days? Many people have created lists in the past - ( Read more... )

I have always wanted to do one of these, but I don't think I could think of 101 things I would want to do.

I LOVEEE your list though!

Great list!

I may actually do one of these for me, I love lists.

(I am surprised by the amount of things on your list that I have done)

Can you cross off the meet an LJ person you haven't seen? Sarakenobi?

I can't cross off sara, because I met her before the start date :)
What sort of things on the my list have you done?
I really hope you'll make a list too. I really enjoyed reading random other lists on the website. I even got ideas for a few when I was getting toward the end of my list and running out of my own.

YAY!!! There's nothing like that feeling you get from crossing something off a list! I can't wait to check out your list (which I will do as soon as I finish posting this comment btw)

Some of the things on my list, I do, but want to make a point to continue doing, or else do more often. The puzzles for instance. I do alot of puzzles with my kids. But I'd like to do more. And I'd like to actually BUY and give them puzzles for no other reason than "here-lets-do-this-together" because I think it will be a good memory for them
We also had s'mores with neighbors in Huntsville. It was so fun!

inspired! This is perfect for me and my family, especially after wrapping up the end of a very long tumultuous health crisis and trying to adjust to returning to a normal, healthy life.

I also finally got my husband comfortable with going to church so a lot of changes going on over here.

Plaquenil has made a pretty significant difference in my Lupus. I still ahve some problems but I'm on my 3rd month of Plaquenil and I feel guilty for complaining about what few problems I do have because the improvement is fairly significant I no longer have any side effects of Plaquenil but I learned from another Lupus patient that instead of taking it twice a day, tak both at night just before bed and I'll sleep through the side effects. Worked like a charm.

I am so glad to hear that it had helped you so much. Erin has had great results as well, which is encouraging to me.
I look forward to giving it a try. I hope to start it in August when I go for my second opinion.
And thanks for the tip about taking them both at night! I don't even take the drug yet, but I was already stressing about remembering to take it twice a day!

Even if your second opinion isn't ready to make a firm diagnosis of Lupus, Plaquenil is a fairly benign drug and there is no reason he can't let you try it for 6 months to see if it helps - especially since you have Sjogren's. Don't you have some joint involvement also?

yes, very bad joint involvement and tendinitis
