Okay, mushy moment aside, it's cool to see that you're doing well with everything. Sounds like you've got a good grasp of grad school.
Work is good - I'm a victim of my own success, in that I'm doing so well they now rely on me quite a bit, and at least 2 days a week, I'm in charge of my department while the manager takes a day off. Scary, eh? And I've got more cash than I know what to do with. Let me tell you, Wausau whores are like northern Wisconsin - cold and unforgiving.
I feel you about being in Mobile - we've missed most of the truly terrifying weather up here. We had one bad day (ever drive to work when you can't see the pavement?), but it's been pretty smooth ever since. I bet now that I've said it, my luck weather-wise runs out, I'm supposed to fly into Michigan the 27th ...
