I just finished bottling that IPA that I made. It only took me 5 months to finish that beer. I sampled it and it's pretty good. Got a nice, strong flavor.

The Ten was really funny. Just as I expected!

I'm brewing up a clone of Pliny the Elder tomorrow at noonish. My first attempt at an Imperial IPA. Got my WLP001 starter all ready to go, and 15 Lbs of grain waiting for my mash tun's embrace. =)
