Ah, essays. A necessary evil, if I've ever seen it. I like writing, but I like the creative stuff, not the political essays we're forced to write.

Oh, I agree. Art is quite entertaining to do and to see.

But as college students we're required to show higher level thinking. English is not the class to be showing off ones ability to 'color'.

Maybe if you considered writing an art form in itself, you'd be able to have more fun with it and raise your grades at the same time?
