Rest in peace, lovely orange kitty. I'm so sorry for your loss, Pat - you have a such a big heart and I am so glad that you give so many cats happy little lives.

Thank you Shing. Linus knew he was loved by us and by his siblings. During the entire time, he was always flanked by at least one of the other cats, and many times by all of them. We snuggled him as much as we could.

He is truly cute.

I am so sorry to hear of your lost. At least he will never have to suffer again, but it's still hard to part with such a nice little friend, especially since he's been in your life for so long.

*Lots of hugs*

Linus had a good life. I think the speed of the disease was the most shocking thing. Lucy, his litter sister, has had some health issues ever since last year, when we lost Flea. She seems to be doing surprisingly well, even though we thought we were going to lose her. Linus never showed any signs of anything at all, then *BAM*, what we thought was a minor case of hairball constipation turned out to be something else deadly.
