Brenda and I had gone out to see a movie this evening. When we had returned, a little after 9PM, there were 7 messages on my cell that I missed. That's unusual, and in checking Brenda's cell, she didn't have any, nor were there any on the answering machine. I'm so sorry, Pat. You and Brenda did your best, which as always was as large as your hearts. Take comfort in the fact that you gave her some wonderful times together.

Se was only actually here for 5 days, but to see her come out of her scared shell and feel her nuzzle my neck... She didn't die unloved or uncared for.
