He has lollipop disease. It's not uncommon in a bear his size.

It's almost five in the morning, and I am seated on a dorm room floor next to a paper bag with blue vomit leaking through the bottom of it.

None of this is my fault. )

the waking world, whining, wtf

What a good big sis you are.

Weren't we/someone having this conversation a few month ago? Whether men liked to be comforted with pets and back rubs while being pukey. Sounds like thats a big Yes, for your brother at least.

Pink and blue stomach bile has got to be quite disgusting. ..... I expect an h/c fic about this soonish. What?

*pets sleepy Duckie's hair*

Crap, I slept all day. I meant to have an hour's nap from ten o'clock to eleven, and instead I woke up at five. Shitshitshit.

But hey, um. Yay, sleep?

I don't remember this exchange, but I've definitely had a similar one with my aunt before. She and I concluded that most of the men in our lives liked to be taken care of when sick. They like you to at least acknowledge how much it sucks to be them right now. Whereas the women are all, "Ugh, don't look at me, I'm gross!"

You want fic about multi-colored puke?

Well, you've bunnied me with more outrageous things. *evil grin*

Multi-colored puke fic is the best kind of puke fic.

Let see. Which of the boyz should be the pukee? *ponders* Both! Uncle Bobby with the tandem puke!boyz! Grown puke!boyz.

Hee!

Oh Duckie. I feel your pain. Nothin' worse than having to be the nurse when you probably need one yourself. :-)

Hope sick boy gets better any you get some sleep.

Pepto and Gatorade vomit...what a way to start the day. Thanks for the visual.

I bet Suz has plenty of experience with nursing munchkins through illnesses. Pink and blue vomit cannot be the worst thing you've seen. :)

Thanks for the good wishes.

LOL! Damn straight I've had worse. I gave some advice to my nephew once before the birth of his first. He was all freaked out about changing diapers and wiping poo off another human's butt and how would he be able to do it. My sage wisdom was "Once you've had shit on your hand, it'll never bother you again."

I was right. I can handle their puke, their poop, supositories, various oozing injuries, and their blood.

Now, my blood, I have a problem with. :-)

Haha, preach it, Mama Suz!

Sometimes I think you would get along very, very well with the women in my family. :D

You are most a most awesome sister. You would give Dean a run for his money. He might just have let Sammy puke his guts out. Nahh.

I wonder why the pink and blue did not make purple?

*ponders*

Anyhow, hope your brother feels better soon.

I wonder why the pink and blue did not make purple?

I think it had something to do with the relative viscosities, maybe? Plus nothing stayed down long enough to get properly mixed.

We should do a science project.

Hee, thanks for the good wishes.

Awww, that sucks major. Poor Dukie's brother. Hope he feels better by now. If it's the stomach flu, that usually passes pretty quickly. Within like 24-48 hours, from my experience anyways.
And I concur with the others, you're a great sister.

Poor boy is probably going to spend a couple of hours in a hard plastic chair at the doctor's office to hear pretty much the same thing. "Rest and fluids."

Also: icon love!
