I like flying. Being on a plane for a few hours and ending up in a completely different place is refreshing. Though I hate flying completely across the country because it takes so goddamn long. But Tampa to Boston isn't so bad.

It'll do you some good.

cool!!!! :) i'm excited for you. since it's one-way.... does that mean you are moving away forever?????

planes suck - especially for someone with our anxieties (ahem). but you will be ok. just keep yourself busy with a book or magazine or music or whatever. i like to sit in an aisle seat in case i freak out and need to get up.

oh man. i'm not gonna sleep for 48 hours and then bring a flask.

yeah, one way. i will obviously have to come back and get my stuff, but i just neeeded to get out and since my friends offered, here i go.

Don't worry about the plane trip. Its a much smoother ride than you would expect. Bring a pack of gum with you to chew though. as the altitude changes you will experience a headache and possibly some disorientation from the air pressure change. Chewing gum will cause your ears to "pop" and relieve the pressure. I wish you the best of luck hon, I hope Boston treats you better and gives you more of a sense of home. I wish there was more we could have done to help :(

This will be awesome for you. Flying is cake, if it bothers you, just sleep. But the change in scenery, in everything, is probably what you need. I just hope my chance says yes on Friday, and I can mosey on out to California.

Good luck!
