I read about that... but i only take a spoon full of tylenol per day..... will it still fuck me up that badly???? wat does it do to my liver exactly???

just dont take it, ur already taking 4000mgs of acetaminophen a day. and what it does to ur liver is it depletes the antioxidant that protects it against free radicals produced by acetaminophen, which i know i misspelled it in the last post. od'ing is not pretty, and u definately dont want a trip to the ward lol.
